National Organization of Gay and Lesbian Scientists and Technical Professionals is doing business as Out to Innovate. We empower LGBTQ+ individuals in STEM by providing education, advocacy, professional development, networking, and peer support. We educate all communities regarding scientific, technological, and medical concerns of LGBTQ+ people. NOGLSTP rebranded in 2022 to Out to Innovate to have an all inclusive name so that all LGBTQ+ people in STEM will know that they are welcome and included in our advocacy and programming.
